Victorinus FIDES MILITVM

Here's a nice Victorinus I recently got. RIC attributes it to Cologne, but I guess the best description is unknown Gallic mint. I have seen reference to Trier and Cologne and Southern mint I and II. Here is a page with some different mint theories-- http://www.gallic-empire.com/coinage.htm
