Recently bought this coin from cgb.fr. My aim was basically to fill a gap in my collection and I am aware that it is a rather insignificant coin and not of very high quality. I am still however of course interested in identifying it. Cgb stated that is was a "Maiorana reduit" (PB, AE3) minted in Cyzicus. RIC VIII 97 var. I have some difficulty accepting this. Only two letters of the mintmark are visible, and I read them as "NS". The only mintmark with these letters are the ones from Constantinopel. The other issue is the warriors right leg on the obverse. It is bent almost 90 degrees and I cant find any coin from Cyzicus even close to this angle. I appreciate any help in solving my "mystery". Constantius Gallus 1.jpg  Constantius Gallus 2.jpg

Your coin is from Siscia and the mintmark is ASIS, so it is RIC VIII Siscia 351

I feel a bit stupid to have misread the mintmark, but to make a mistake and then get the right answer is a great way to learn. Thank you!
