Trying to identify late roman coin

Hello ladies and gentlemen,
I am relatively new in this hobby (and enjoying every second of it)
Please help me in identifying this coin.
1.40 g 13.3 mm

Mintmark appears to be SMN A or  Delta - so Nicomedia mint.

I think the reverse legend ends in PBLICAE but nor sure

Hi,

to me it looks like an A. With a delta you would usually see a small gap in the letter itself. With an A it is less visible (as in your example).
