What happened to my bid?

I bid on this coin and it hammered for the opening bid; so I assumed I won it.

After a few days I emailed about an invoice. Their response--

"Thank you for sharing the information. We regret to inform you that, due to an error on our part, your bid was not processed. As you will see, the bid is not accepted on the Biddr platform.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for this mistake.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us."


You win some...you lose some...and sometimes the auction house doesn't put your bid in!
