I saw this terribly tooled coin in a lot of LRB's. It looks like someone was cleaning it and decided to sharpen the detail a bit, but didn't seem to know what it should actually look like...now Constantine is wearing what resembles a football helmet. It was a VLPP from Siscia, the obverse to the right of it is a genuine unmodified original. I cropped out a bit on the upper right of the coin because another coin was on top of it.
