Title: Constantine I ADVENTVS from London
Post by: Victor on October 15, 2021, 02:35:03 PM

I saw this coin in a lot on eBay and thought I would like like to get it because there was an ADVENTVS type in it. I won the lot and when I received it, put it in the "to do" pile. Yesterday I photographed it and was trying to make out the reverse legend which did not make any sense to me for a bit. Then it finally dawned on me...SPES not ADVENTVS!  ::)
