Title: VLPP from Ticinum with dotted shield/wreath

You don't see this often-- the shield (I have written that I believe it is actually a wreath) held by victories has a dotted border. You frequently see other things engraved with dots (like the wings of the victories) since it would have been easier to punch a dot than to engrave a line. Constantine's spear is not very pointy either.
