Constantius II VICTORIA AVGVSTORVM from Lyons

This is a pretty rare type only issued at Lyons. Though RIC has the reverse legend ending with an "M", Bastien correctly records it as AVGVSTORV

For Constantius II, he lists 1 example from workshop P and 2 from S. For Constans, 1 for P and 1 for S. Bastien 43- 46

Constantius II is only listed with a laurel bust though and this example is rosette-diademed, so not in RIC VIII or in Bastien

the Victory on the reverse looks crude, I wonder if it might be unofficial...combined with the unrecorded bust type and it is a bit smaller than what RIC gives -- 14-16mm 1.65gm

Here's an example from Constans, but it is unofficial. In the mintmark the S is retrograde. Overall the style is pretty good, but compared to the second example above, the Victory on the reverse is also a bit crude. It makes me further believe that the first example is also unofficial. The Victory on both the 1st and 3rd are really similar, and they seem clumsy compared to the 2nd example. Bastien has four examples in the plate coins and though the pictures are small, the Victories  look similar to the 2nd example.

I have attached a picture of the three Victories  for comparison. Note how clumsy the Ist and 3rd look compared to the 2nd- the arms holding the wreath are strangely angled, the eyes are big dots, like bug eyes, the lines seem thicker and heavier (also look at the hair on the obverse of each) and the helmets on 1 and 3 are made with lines...overall the 2nd example is just better engraved; and while the 1st and 3rd are not bad, neither looks as good as #2.
