Maximinus II VIRTVS EXERCITVS from Antioch

This coin has a workshop not listed in RIC

The shield is probably decorated like the other examples, but it is worn and not clear in the picture

A.D. 308- 309
24mm    8.0gm
MAXIMINVS-NOB CAES; helmeted and cuirassed bust left with spear over r. shoulder, shield on l. arm.
VIRTVS EX-ERCITVS; Mars stg. facing, head l., in military dress, r. leaning on shield, l. on vertical spear; in left field altar, Γ in right.

This one looks tooled also. Interesting series though.
As I don't collect anymore and I'm no longer watching the auctions, I'd like to ask how much did it sell for?

Maximinus II, Antioch, decorated shield.  Here's another example I just noticed on ebay Lanz ending 04/29/19.  Current bid is 856 euros.  I'm not bidding.  It is a cool coin.

that is an awesome example...it even has a gorgon on the cuirass.
