This coin is currently for sale, and though nothing is immediately wrong, I find it suspicious.
The first problem is that it is listed on eBay and secondly it is listed by Lanz, and they are well known for selling the occasional fake and also many tooled coins.
What is also very problematic is that Alexander of Carthage coins are very crude, because the mint had been closed in Carthage prior to his usurpation, so he did not have any properly trained mint workers. So even official coins of Alexander are crude and clumsy, which is great for a modern forger.
The rider on the reverse is also described as radiate in RIC, while this coin is not. The second picture is another example sold by CNG. Perhaps this difference is only due to a different engraver.
Overall, I am not confident in this coin.
