VBERTAS SAECVLI -- The fruitfulness (abundance) of the age.
This is a rare type from Trier. However, it looks a little off in the picture, maybe it is only the lighting coupled with the worn condition.
Note that the bust description in RIC for this coin is wrong. It is given as B1 (it should be B5, like Trier 335), which is a laureate head, but the footnote for 336 says “chest of obv. Bust visible, prince with aegis†but a laureate head only would not have any chest visible. Zschucke in “Die Bronze-Teilstück Prägungen der römischen Münzstätte Trier†correctly calls this bust “loorbeerkranz & panzerbüste†(laureate & cuirassed) and though he does not illustrate this coin (14.5) he does illustrate examples for Constantine with the same type bust.
