Soli Invictori but which mint?

Hi Victor
I've just recently received this very nice Constantine I, - Soli Invictori on the reverse.

The dealer said it was a London mint. Now, all the London minted coins I could find said PLN, but as you see this coin says PLC or G which would indicate Lugdunum. The field marks are S - F which indicate London. Which is it please?

The S F in the fields might be an abbreviation for SAECVLI FELICITAS -- Age of Good Fortune
