This Hannibalianus looks like it was struck on an ancient flan-- some of the original type is still visible.

It is why you have bought it?

I wanted this one for my black cabinet, but the seller canceled it.

The seller had been advised that his coin was fake (with links to Forvm) a few hours before ending, so it is probably why he has cancelled the sale (honest behaviour). If you still wanting the coin, may be, you can tell him that you know what it is (and ask a discount).
