Constantinopolis Arles PCON mint mark?

I was thinking this is a PCON mint mark, but if so, I don't find one listed with the X in the field (helvetica's list).
Please let me know what your opinion of it is.
Many thanks.
Should also say it's 15mm, 1.5g

Yes, it looks like a P, which is not listed for RIC VIII Arles 26...but it is too be expected. Ferrando in
L’atelier monétaire d’Arles. De Constantin le Grand à Romulus Augustule, 313-476
lists an example as number 51.
