Unpleasant auction house behavior
« on: October 13, 2024, 03:07:15 PM »
This nice Constantine’s follis currently for sale in the next Savoca auction is a coin I won in the last September Bertolami auction.
Bertolami never sold the coin and didn’t answer to my complains.
I’m extremely angry.

Sorry that it happened...unfortunately bidders typically have no recourse except to never bid at the offending auction house again...but, then you potentially miss out on nice coins.

Strange. 55 euro is a quite fair price. It seems that this was not a deliberate deception, but someone's mistake. But mistake should be apologized for.
