Hello colleagues, please help me determine the denomination. Sorry, the coin is not cleaned. The metal is possibly silver. 3.23 grams.

Your coin is a silvered bronze. Sometimes you can find them fully silvered or with just a bit of silvering left. This type of coin is often called a "nummus." Your reverse is VICTORIAE LAETAE PRINC PERP and it is from Ticinum...see the coin below.
