Great coin... I think it was the Leu / Ramskold auction. I was watching that one as well. Although I really appreciate the anepigraphics very much I thought the prices were quite high.. but this one is definitely one of the best pieces. Congratulations! Did you manage to pick more coins? I was happy to pick up a PAX PERPETVA and some coins from the votive series (RIC 207 tm 224). There were soo many pieces I liked, a bit of a overkill...

Yes, it is ex- Ramskold. I got two other coins also-- a PLVR NATAL FEL from Trier and a Rome campgate with feathered helmet. Prices were a bit high for a few pieces, but too be expected for rarities. There were definitely too many coins listed...or I definitely need to have more money!  ;D

Well done Victor !

But strictly speaking, there is at least 1 more to go per Lech's site?  :)

I would love to have that coin, but that gap in my collection will probably never be filled.  :'(

I have to agree about the Leu auction. I managed to get a couple of ex-Ramskold campgates  but some prices were a bit too high. Wish I had deeper pockets to get one of those "3D" campgates...

I always wonder from a business perspective whether it makes sense to have a big auction like this with a lot of rarities all at once or whether it is better to spread it out over a few auctions so as to allow the budgets of buyers to recover...

Yes, I took a shot at one of the 3D campgates and was not even close. Not surprising given the rarity; but still disappointing.
