I just got this coin with an old collector tag saying it was from the Freckenham Hoard of 1948 (I have attached the pdf from The Numismatic Chronicle-- see the link under the picture); which contained almost 600 Constantinian era coins. The tag has this one as unofficial; which I agree with, though the style is very good.

FEL TEMP REPARATIO; Emperor in military dress stg. l., holding phoenix on globe and standard with [Chi-Rho]; in stern sits Victory, steering ship.
