Here's another on eBay from vintage_items925. Interesting only because of the grid-like pattern on the obverse. He's got at least a couple like this listed at the moment.
I'm guessing he got lazy with the patination... probably had the coins submersed in a patination bath resting on a plastic grid, and forgot to shake them to move them around .. or something like that.
