This is currently on eBay - interesting coin, but has to be unofficial.
Lots of things point to it being unofficial - legends, wierd bust style, star placement in right field (vs expected left), but what caught my eye was the the star (normally 8-pointed) is 6-pointed looking more like one of the Christrograms from VOT XX type at other mints. No way of knowing if the engraver meant it as that, or (more likely) just a lazy star.
