Constantius II as Caesar - Fantasy Piece?

A friend sent me a picture of this coin that he got in a big group lot and asked if I could ID it for him.
Dug through Ferrando & Lech's website and couldn't find anything. Reverse legend CONSTANTIVS CAESAR.
Anyone have any ideas?

it's copying a silver siliqua from Constantinople
"Lipanoff Studio" has made lots of this type in "silver"
