I noticed this coin for sale from a reputable coin dealer. The style is odd for, above all the portrait.... it looks a coin from Siscia mint.

It look OK to me. Style is similar to this Vienna specimen.
The recut ones seem to normally have a characteristic narrow Chi-Rho, not this wide flattened style.
If you post it on FORVM, then Lars will probably comment.
