Just received this one today after a month in the mail from France. Apparently held hostage by a maverick post master at one post office then released and/or remailed at another.
I paid EUR 14 with free shipping from France !
The coin itself is nice enough despite the encrustations (bought it more for the early Rome bust), but look at the stamps !! These are old Franc-denominated stamps which I just learned France still accepts as valid (even pre-1960 ones !) despite nowadays using the Euro. I've read the old stamps are valid at an exchange rate of 6.55 FF = 1 EUR, so there's about 10 EUR of stamps on the package, meaning I paid about 4 EUR for the coin.
I love these over-the-top stamp packages, and always keep them.
