No, this coin does not have a damnatio and this treatment was never officially given to Constantine. The reverse of this coin made me think of how often I have seen coins described that way. If this scratch had been on the obverse, the chances are good that someone would have had a tale of some pagan angry at Constantine defacing his image or some such story. Sometimes a scratch is just a scratch.
