I recently got the book Barbarian Coins on the Territory between the Balkans and Central Asia which is a catalogue of the collection of Andrei Sergeev at the Moscow Historical Museum. I am not sure what I was expecting, but I was disappointed. There are less than fifty late Roman types and besides the standard info-- size, weight , description; there is nothing else on this period. So, not worth the space it takes up on my shelf.
