This coin of Constantine's sister is being offered as a reproduction. It shouldn't fool anyone, but eventually someone will probably buy it thinking it is genuine.

the reverse legend translates as "the public piety of the sister of Constantine".

I didn't see one of those on VCoins. I assume coins of Constantia are pretty scarce?

Yes, they are very scarce. I think that there are less than half a dozen known.
