RIC only lists this coin with an unbroken obverse legend. I don't have this reference yet (it is on the way) but might be listed in it-- Les monnaies d'or de Constantin II à Zénon by Georges Depeyrot

VICTORIA AVGG; two emperors seated facing, together holding globe. Behind and between them the upper portion of a Victory with outspread wings; between them below, a palm branch.
