D N CONSTANTIVS NOB CAES; Bare-headed, draped and cuirassed bust right.
GLORIA REIPVBLICAE; Roma and Constantinopolis enthroned, the former facing, the latter turned to the l. Between them they support a wreath inscribed VOT / V / MVLT / X. Roma holds spear in l. hand; Constantinopolis holds sceptre in l. hand and rest r. foot on prow.
