I had a customer email me yesterday saying that a package I sent him was due postage and he thought that I should pay. I told him it sounded like a customs fee, which was his responsibility. He assured me it was due postage and that he expected me to pay or he would send the coin back. I said fine, send the coin back and I will refund all your money. He then said that he was disappointed in my response. He sent me a copy of what his post office had given him, and. no surprise, it was indeed a customs fee. Today he paid the fee and got his coin but emailed me again saying he did not like my "aggressive" tone. I responded that dealing with him had been one of my most unpleasant experiences with a customer and blocked him. This was all in addition to me giving him a nice discount on this coin and free registered shipping.
I attached the form he sent me which has the box checked that states that there is a customs charge.
Anyway, I am just ranting..
