Vetranio CONCORDIA MILITVM from Thessalonica...no beard

This coin has a legend for Vetranio, but the bust, with no beard, looks like Constantius II. The second coin below is a typical Vetranio from Thessalonica. I have seen a few coins of Vetranio from Siscia without beard, the last picture is an example sold by CNG.
