Here's a Constantine I campgate that has been turned into (probably) a game piece. It sold for a little over $154.08.

Hi Victor,

That is an interesting piece! And luckily I am now the owner I missed out on a couple that went on auction with Roma Numismatics this year so went for this one. So far I have found four other campgate examples (none of which I own sadly). I've also noticed on acsearch that this seems to have happened to some other coins as well.

Does anyone know of any articles on the use of coins as Roman gaming tokens? Or any website with relevant information?
