Helmet is obviously laureate, so it is bust type BB and LONDINIUM 228. No. 136 in Huvelin.

Yes, I don't even know what I was looking at...I have the correct description (laureate helmet); but thought that the obverse legend was not in RIC; so then mistakenly looked at the non-laureate helmets in the other references.
