There are a few different programs available that allow you to place last second bids on eBay without monitoring the auction. I have used AuctionStealer for years and they recently added an extension so that you can put in a snipe bid on the eBay page. Below is a screenshot of this, the snipe button is right below the bid button. The auction is from fakeseller britannicvs.
