So did anyone see this Decentius eBay offering? A lovely coin to start with, but especially so since the reverse is typically associated with Magnentius. I'm unaware of a Decentius coin with this reverse.
I naively thought my bid in the low $100s might score this coin, but it went from about $80 to $271 in the last 10 seconds.
At first I thought the coin might be a fantasy piece, but it passes the eye test, and Dane from Wildwinds has already included it, so Wildwinds thinks it's legit, as do I.
Do you think it is a mule or do you think it's a hitherto unknown reverse type for Decentius? Rome mint.
