This coin is being sold by Dionysos on ebay. I've purchased several Roman Provincials from him and he's an honest seller. I think this one is unoffical, sold as Constans. Notice the big head and upside down chi-rho.

It's a nice example. They have sold a lot of unofficial coins recently, I suspect that they are selling someones collection.

On closer look the rho of the chi-rho does appear to be on top, the bottom isn't normal.
